We envision that anyone with a barrier to employment will be restored with hope and provided capacity to obtain and retain employment because of Blue Jacket’s vast network and resources of support.
We are an accredited charity with the Better Business Bureau and a Gold Transparency rating from GuideStar.
They do different programs that help people that have criminal background find employment. They have different training classes.
Vincent Village

We provide homeless families a long-term continuum of care, training, and resources with empathy, dignity, and accountability.
This place partner with the community schools so kids can get to and from they schools. They also have open different programs like the community center where the women can get GED and different training.
Just Neighbors Family Center

Just Neighbors’ mission is to serve homeless families by uniting religious congregations, community volunteers and local agencies in cooperative effort to provide shelter, meals, and compassionate, professional support.
They have 10 emergency shelters the programs is about 45 days. They are now trying to have emergency beds were people can come for over nights. They offer case management among other services.
The Rescue Mission

The rescue mission exists to provide through the power of Jesus Christ a home for the hungry, and hope for their future.
The provide emergency services, residential programs and mental health services. The residential programs are both short and long term programs. They help over 100 people per live both men and women.
St. Joseph Mission

St. Joseph Missions Women’s Shelter values the dignity of each person as a creation of God, and offers Christian-based services without proselytizing. We prioritize safety, providing a secure environment for our guests to begin their journey to self-sufficiency, while empowering them and involving the community to serve alongside us. Our goal is to be a positive force in the neighborhood and serve our guests and neighbors alike.
They have help 105 women in the year 2025. They have different events that help the women learn different resources that are out there.
